Insurance

Most major insurance plans entitle you to chiropractic care. If you would like to find out what your particular plan entitles you to, follow these two easy steps:

Photocopy and fax both sides of your insurance card to 973-633-1293.
Include your SS#, DOB, and a daytime phone #.

Our office will then call you back and explain your particular plan to you. This is a service we extend to everyone so that they may better understand their insurance plan in relation to chiropractic care.

Payment

Fee's are as follows:

1^st visit for adults = $90, subsequent visit = $50
1^st visit for children under 18 years old = $50, subsequent visit = $30

* Special packages will be offered for individuals on wellness care plans.
